User-Generated Content: Builds, structures, and other content you create, generate, or import through the App.
Purchase Information: Records of in-app purchases, including token packs and ad-free upgrades.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used and time spent.
Log Data: Error logs and diagnostic information to help us improve the App.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

Apple Sign In: Basic profile information as authorized by you through Apple’s authentication.
Payment Processors: Transaction confirmations from Apple for in-app purchases (we do not receive or store your payment card details).
Advertising Partners: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App
Process your account registration and manage your account
Process in-app purchases and maintain your token balance
Display your builds and content to other users (as per our Terms of Service)
Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity
Serve advertisements through Google AdMob (unless you have purchased ad-free)

Public Content: Builds and content you create may be publicly visible to other users of the App.

- Supabase (database and authentication services)
- Apple (authentication and payment processing)

- OpenAI (AI-powered build generation)
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.
With Your Consent: We may share information with your consent or at your direction.

4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and use certain information about your device and usage to provide personalized advertising. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or by purchasing the ad-free option within the App.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.

User-generated content (builds) may be retained indefinitely as part of the App’s public content library, even after account deletion.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal information (note: publicly shared builds may be retained).
Opt-Out of Ads: Purchase the ad-free option or adjust your device’s advertising settings.
Account Settings: Update your profile information through the App’s settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers
